Rescheduling and Cancellation

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Late Cancellation or No-Show

If you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment within the 48-hour timeframe, or if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee. The fee amount may vary depending on the duration and complexity of the scheduled session. We believe in fairness towards our artists’ time and the opportunity to serve other clients.

Cancellation Fee

The cancellation fee will be applied to the credit card on file or due upon rescheduling. This fee compensates the artist for the lost time and effort reserved specifically for your appointment. The exact fee will be discussed and documented during the consultation.

Emergency Situations

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen events can occur. If you find yourself in an emergency situation that prevents you from attending your scheduled appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and determine the appropriate course of action.
